Queen’s Biology Station

Location: South Frontenac 

Elevation Gain: 210 meters

Length: 13km

Time: 3 hours

Description:

This is an interesting mix of rail trail on the Cataraqui trail and the Rideau Trail which is on the Queen's Biology station land.  This is a very beautiful hike with interesting features like Frank's Culvert and large Rocky cliffs.  This is not a well travelled trail, so expect the trail to be overgrown in parts and few people.

Description:

This trail has some technical sections and is not as well marked as Provincial park trails.  There are also lots of activities that you can be a part of through the education centre.  Take a look at the link below.
